The Val Meledrio is a valley that connects the Val di Sole and Val Rendena. The valley is crossed by the stream Meledrio, which flows from the lake Malghette into the River Noce at Dimaro in
Val di Sole (Italy). Val Meledrio is a wild valley, it offer many trails for hiking, snowshoeing, Nordic walking and ski mountaineering. The goal of the three year program, which is
called Meledrio 2.0, is to draw interest to the area from both tourists and locals outside the winter season. To do this small interventions will be made, which do not
interfere with the amazing place, but amplifies it and creates a different experience by using the existing qualities. Based on the elements of the valley Camposaz will create
three projects in three
years with the themes wood, water and stone. The theme of the first year is concentrates around wood and forest. We want the visitors of this construction to experience the forest
in a different way. To experience it more fully, without distractions. We want to show something, which has always been there, but most passers-by do not notice. To create
a different kind of awareness.
